Where is your life asking for your attention?
Welcome to The Weekend Horizon.
Every Friday morning, one letter from me: a single idea to carry into your weekend, and one question worth sitting with while the week settles.
For most of my life, I built what carried other people: teams, growth plans, other people’s visions brought to life. One day I looked up and saw I was building every dream into reality except my own.
My own life needed a better question. Philosophies about how to live were everywhere. What I wanted was a way to see my whole life at once and know where to begin.
Underneath everything sat one simple question:
Where is my life asking for my attention?
Five areas answer the question.
| GGroundstability & presence | RRegulateenergy & recovery | AAlignpriorities & direction | CCompoundrhythm & repeatability | EExecutefollow-through |
Together they became The GRACE Method™, and each Friday letter takes one piece of the method into real life.
A Question to Carry
When the week finally goes quiet, which part of your life speaks first?
Listen for the answer somewhere quiet: a walk in nature, an early morning on the water, a slow Saturday at your favorite café, a porch at golden hour, or one last cup of coffee before Sunday turns toward Monday. Your life has a way of naming what matters most in the pauses between obligations. Write down the first word you hear. Next Friday, we build from there.
